Passion Fruit has such a nice and fragrant smell that me and the family loves it. Mum brought some Passion Fruit back and my first thought was that I am going to use it to bake a cake. It so happens that I also have 2 mangoes in the fridge and what a perfect match! Dad ate two slices in one go so conclusion, it's going to be our current favourite cake flavour now.
Passion Fruit Topping:
4 passion fruits
2 tsp powdered gelatin
1) Juice the passion fruits by using a seive into a saucepan over low heat.
2) Add in the gelatin and keep stirring till all gelatin has dissolved. Leave to cool.
